No BetGuard Casinos: understanding the term

What people mean by “no BetGuard casinos” and how Ontario’s protections work.

Official BetGuard websiteRead the guide

Are there no BetGuard casinos in Ontario?

All operators in Ontario’s regulated online gambling market participate in BetGuard. A casino claiming to be an Ontario-regulated online casino while not participating in BetGuard should be treated with caution.

Some gambling websites operating outside Ontario’s regulated market may not participate in BetGuard. That does not make them safer, approved in Ontario or suitable for someone who has chosen self-exclusion.

Important: This website does not provide casino lists or instructions for bypassing BetGuard exclusions. If you are excluded, consider using that break as intended and seeking support if gambling urges become difficult to manage.

How can I verify a regulated casino?

Consult the official iGaming Ontario player information and its operator directory rather than relying on advertising claims.
